Below are some resources as you navigate this challenging time:

EMERGENCY ALERTS

RENTAL HOUSING & SUPPLIER RESTRICTIONS ON PRICING DURING DISASTERS
California law on pricing of essential goods and services, including rental housing, repair/construction supplies and services. Link to law here. These restrictions are in place for 30 days (rental housing) and 180 days (repair/reconstruction) following the official emergency declaration, but may be extended by executive order.
