STAY UPDATED – COVID-19 RESOURCES

The California Rental Housing Association has assembled these resources and reminders for rental housing professionals operating in the state of California. We are monitoring this situation closely in our state and will continue to provide updated resources and information as warranted.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has characterized COVID-19 as a pandemic. That term reflects the spread of the disease at significant levels in a significant number of countries.

We are not public health experts. We are providing these resources to allow members to access trusted sources in one convenient location. We recommend that you look to the World Health Organization, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and your local public health authorities for information and tips on minimizing your risk, recognizing symptoms and suggested treatments for COVID-19, the respiratory illness caused by the novel coronavirus.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

As a property/owner member of CalRHA you are entitled to all membership benefits and services at member rates, which also includes National Apartment Association (NAA) rates.

Additionally, as a supplier member of CalRHA, $30 of your annual membership dues goes towards a one-year subscription to units Magazine and is non-deductible for association dues payment.

In compliance with the Omnibus Reconciliation Act of 1993, 70% of your annual membership dues goes towards lobbying expenses and is non-deductible for association dues payment.
